Bouygues UK is proud to have won the following awards:

2010

RoSPA Health & Safety Awards – 5 Gold

Bouygues UK is delighted to have been awarded five RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) Gold Awards for four projects - North Middlesex, Westminster Building Schools for the Future (BSF), Tower Hamlets BSF, Waltham Forest BSF, and a Corporate award.
These achievement awards have strict entry criteria and identify those companies who are committed to standards of excellence in Health & Safety and have proved to have robust policies, dynamic procedures and an improving performance at a recognised level.

Education Investor Awards 2010

Bouygues UK has been shortlisted for the ‘Education Builder of the Year' awards.

The Education Investor Awards will celebrate innovation and excellence in the UK's education industry. In each category the judges will be looking for the organisations and individuals that have demonstrated these qualities over the last 12 months.

2010 BCSE (British Council for School Environment) Industry Awards

Bouygues UK has been shortlisted for the ‘School Contractor of the Year' category of the 2010 British Council for School Environments (BCSE) Awards.

The BCSE is the UK's leading charity in education, design and construction with a membership made up of schools, local authorities and private companies, all of whom are involved in designing, building and transforming schools, colleges and other learning environments.

The ‘School Contractor of the Year' category of the BCSE Awards required the company to provide examples of:

• How the company has met client objectives to provide innovative ways to enhance the learning environment for users
• Ways we have involved school stakeholders in the delivery process
• Successful delivery of exemplary school projects within the last year.
The following schools were all included in the awards submission to meet the criteria outlined above:

2009 PARTNERSHIPS FOR SCHOOLS (PFS) EXCELLENCE IN BUILDING SCHOOLS FOR THE FUTURE (BSF) AWARDS
The BSF Awards bring together the BSF community to celebrate the most innovative projects and people involved in the programme, rewarding schools, local authorities, LEPs and individuals for their vision, hard work and dedication to the BSF programme.

Westminster City School received a Highly Commended award in the Best Design for a Remodelled School category and Bouygues UK was shortlisted for the following award:
• ‘Best Local Education Partnership (LEP) - Westminster LEP

2009 PUBLICPRIVATEFINANCE AWARDS
The aim of the Public Private Finance Awards is to promote best practice and to recognise innovation and excellence. This category is for projects rather than individual organisations and was assessed on:
• Effective risk assessment and transfer
• Quick financial close
• Design quality and sustainability
• Flexibility and, where relevant, alternative asset use
• Innovation
• Promotion of environmental measures
• Operational performance

Bouygues was named as the winner of the Best Housing or Regeneration project for the Brent Housing PFI and was shortlisted for the following awards:

• Best Education Project – Frederick Bremer School (Waltham Forest)
• Best Designed Project – Forest Hill School (Lewisham)

2008

2008 PFS EXCELLENCE IN BSF AWARDS
Bouygues UK was named as the winner of the Best Design for a Remodelled School category for Kelmscott School (Waltham Forest)

2008 CONSIDERATE CONTRACTORS NATIONAL AWARDS
Bouygues UK received the following awards:
• Silver Award for Crofton Secondary School (Lewisham)
• Bronze Award for Greenvale Special Needs School (Lewisham)

2008 LONDON DISTRICT SURVEYORS ASSOCIATION AWARDS
Bouygues UK was awarded Highly Commended in the Best Public/Community Project for Forest Hill Secondary School (Lewisham)

2006

MIPIM Awards
The 2006 MIPIM Awards recognize the best international real estate projects. The different criteria for the shortlist selection were the technical and architectural qualities of the projects, the originality of their designs, their successful integration into a site, their infrastructure and access facilities and their service provision.

Bouygues UK was named as the winner of the Business Centres category for the Home Office Headquarters, selected from over a dozen international entries, including The Royal Bank of Scotland (Edinburgh) and Barclays World Headquarters in Canary Wharf.

2005

CABE GOOD DESIGN CHAMPION
CABE, the British government's advisor on architecture and built environment, has awarded three Bouygues UK projects carried out in 2005 for the quality of its materials, workmanship and management:
• The Home Office Building (nominated for a Prime Minister's Better Public Building award)
• Exemplary Jo Richardson PFI School in Barking
• The BECAD centre at Central Middlesex Hospital
