From our background in PFI and PPP contracts, it is normal that our facilities management team informs the design process. Whatever the procurement approach, our design philosophy is therefore heavily focussed on how the building will operate in the long term and achieving the optimum balance between initial cost and cost in use; a true “whole life” approach.

Project Delivery

We undertake a large proportion of the works with our own directly employed teams, trained in the specialist techniques and equipment that we employ.

We provide a strong “hands-on” management approach throughout the entire project cycle and, by exercising this level of control, we are proud of our record of consistently delivering to time, cost and quality.
