For example, Bouygues UK has its own training scheme called Training Pathways which is designed to develop the professionalism, adaptability and efficiency of its staff.

In addition employees can receive sponsorship to gain professional qualifications and undertake further education courses. Bouygues UK is working in partnership with a number of professional institutes to give its employees the opportunity to achieve chartered status, should they wish to do so.
