Graduate Development Programme

A tailored programme delivered over your first two years at Bouygues with three events a year to enhance your induction and integration into the company. These provide a great opportunity to network, to meet other graduates so you may share experiences, and to discover the different areas in the company. With this programme you will be able to meet senior managers and gain general support for your charterships and career development.

Chartership

Bouygues offers help and support towards achieving chartered status. We help you to develop the necessary skills through professional development, with a structured training programme with the CIOB or ICE (amongst others). Through mentoring, peer support, and facilitating access to a variety of roles, you are ensured the overall experience of a professional role.
