In partnership with local authorities and government departments, Bouygues UK has delivered a wide range of public infrastructure under the private finance initiative.

We have successfully secured funding for several education, healthcare and social housing PFI projects which used either conventional bank funding structures or bond solutions, and raised a total senior funding in excess of £1 billion. As a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, we also benefit from an extensive expertise of successfully implementing financing structures in project finance transactions throughout the world.

Operation of our various PFI schemes is undertaken by our sister company Ecovert FM, also a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction.
