Introduction

From an initial involvement in the government's private finance initiative (PFI), Bouygues is now a leader in the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme, delivering projects through design and build, and PFI.

In all cases we see ourselves as strategic partners with our clients to ensure successful delivery of their projects, and this is as true in the private sector as the public.

We are involved in the long term management of the consortia (SPVs) established for our PFI/PPP projects and indeed in the Local Education Partnerships (LEPs) set up for our BSF schemes.

Bouygues is also working in partnership with public and private clients in providing property development solutions, ranging from individual facilities to broad based regeneration programmes. These services are provided by Bouygues Development.
