We work with a variety of clients in the commercial sector, from developers and investors to end users. On city centre schemes, out of town business park developments, new-builds and refurbishment, we work in partnership with our clients to deliver solutions that are environmentally responsible, beautiful and commercially competitive.

With a focus on sustainable, ethical design and world-leading innovation, we have created landmark buildings in the UK and around the world. The Home Office, the first new government building to be built in London for nearly a decade, provides an inspirational focus for the regeneration of the surrounding area and has won many awards, including CABE’s Festive Five.

Our Group-wide focus on energy efficiency is showcased in the 23,000m2 positive-energy ‘Green Office’ building at Meudon in France. With energy consumption balanced by renewable energy production and occupant behaviour, the Green Office has HQE and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. Built using practical, tried-and-tested techniques and technology, it provides a solution which can be reliably delivered across Europe.
