This luxury residential project saw Bouygues UK refurbish and extend a very large Grade II* listed building in Kensington, one of London’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

The extensive works involved the construction of a two-level basement housing a home cinema and leisure complex, private parking facilities with a car lift for five cars, and an art gallery.  An internal and external swimming pool is separated by sliding glazed panels.

Due to the sensitive nature of the building and its environment, meticulous planning and complex engineering were developed to deliver this ambitious project to the highest quality standards, with high quality finishes throughout.
