St. Jean Cap Ferrat

The Grand Hotel at St. Jean Cap Ferrat is an internationally-acclaimed five-star hotel.

Built in 1908, the landmark building endures as one of the Cote d’Azure’s most glamorous addresses. In 2009, our sister company Bouygues Entreprise France-Europe carried out extensive renovations and construction works to transform and update the hotel.

Works were carried out over a 14-month period. They included complete refurbishment of the hotel, with an interiors scheme created by renowned designer Pierre-Yves Rochon, along with construction of deluxe private apartment suites in the grounds of the luxurious hotel. A new wing, The Residence, was designed by architect Luc Svetchine and provides 16 new rooms, eight exclusive suites with private lagoons, and a 750m² new luxury spa and fitness centre.

The extended hotel reopened on schedule, bringing an elegant modern expression of grandeur to the French Riviera.
