The Sail @ Marina Bay

The Sail is a six-star waterfront condominium complex in the business district of Singapore which provides more than a thousand luxury residences.

Contracted to develop the complex, Bouygues Batiment International completed construction in 2008.

Situated on the periphery of the marina, The Sail comprises two towers of 63 and 71 storeys, with glass facades in the form of sails. At 245m high, the development is one of the world’s tallest residential buildings. The concrete and steel towers are anchored more than 70m underground, with anti-seismic and wind tremor reinforcements in place.

The luxury complex consists of 1,111 apartments and a seven-level, 700-space car parking building.  Extensive residents’ facilities include retail and dining spaces, swimming pools, tennis courts, gymnasiums and steam baths, and an Executive Club. Sky terraces on the upper floors of the towers offer panoramic views over Singapore.
