Graduate Day 2023
We loved hosting all our graduates from across Bouygues UK, VSL Systems UK Ltd, Bouygues Travaux Publics, and Linkcity UK at our head office in London!
The event was the perfect opportunity for all 31 of our graduates to network, get to know each other and share their experiences of the graduate scheme so far.
At Bouygues UK, we know that recruiting the best talent onto our next generation programmes is the most sustainable way to developing these graduates to become our future business leaders. A new generation of talent adds value to our existing projects by introducing fresh, creative thinking that improves existing systems and processes. During the day, our graduates had the chance to work on their 9-month long project focussing on exactly this; finding solutions for our business around themes like innovation, climate and environment.
Our graduate scheme has been designed to equip, empower, and enable our new wave of talent so we have every confidence these graduates will continue thrive over the years to come!
