Our experience includes entire town centre regeneration projects like Tower Hamlets Town Hall, the Grade II listed former Royal London Hospital building which we brought back to community use as the new Town Hall and headquarters for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Tower Hamlets Town Hall
We’re known for designing and building net-zero workplaces, overcoming the challenges of building in urban areas with complex technical requirements and high energy performance standards. Our designs incorporate sustainable elements like rooftop gardens, social spaces, and collaborative areas. We adapt to the evolving work and commercial landscape by offering flexible floor plans and agile office designs.
Hounslow Civic Centre
Smaller, modern, and more energy-efficient, Hounslow Civic Centre is a landmark building that will revitalise and give a real boost to the town centre, but it also has a strong community focus which allows us to work more effectively for the borough’s residents.

Aardman Animations
Sustainability is a core focus for us. We strive to help landlords improve property efficiency whilst increasing asset value. We work closely with clients to achieve net-zero carbon goals by reducing embodied carbon during construction and identifying ways to minimise operational carbon through design and services, producing spaces that have a softer impact on our planet.
