At Bouygues UK, we define social value as any activity that enhances people’s lives and the communities within with we work. We believe that by improving the conditions of the wider community, we can in turn reduce inequality, improve wellbeing and inclusion to deliver prosperity for all.

Throughout 2022, our teams across the UK worked tirelessly to continue to enhance the lives of the people in the communities within which we work and deliver our social value mission.

It is our mission to continue working with colleagues, clients and stakeholders who have the same passion and enthusiasm to drive the future for our next generation, adding value wherever we can.

To put it simply, social value is about doing the right thing and giving back. This does not have to be a grand gesture, it is about helping those who may be less fortunate than yourself. To me, social value means morally doing the right thing, even a small gesture or a good deed can have a profound impact on someone’s life.
