He is passionate about seeing projects come to life and building lasting relationships across teams, while keeping sustainability and the future impact of construction at the heart of his work.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job at Bouygues UK?
One of the most rewarding aspects of working for Bouygues UK is seeing key projects come to life from start to finish and knowing they will have a meaningful impact. There’s a real sense of pride in being able to point to a finished project and know you contributed to building something tangible and lasting. I also find the day-to-day progress very motivating. Teamwork is another important part of the role. We collaborate across different trades and disciplines, building strong working relationships and learning how to solve problems together.

What does “Building for life” mean to you?
Building for Life means looking beyond the immediate future and thinking about the lasting impression we leave on our clients, end users and communities. It means building with the future in mind, from sourcing materials responsibly to recycling and reducing our carbon impact through design and construction. We all have a responsibility to contribute to a more sustainable future.
How has Bouygues UK supported your development?
Bouygues UK has supported me throughout my apprenticeship, sponsored me through my degree and given me the opportunity to work on complex projects, such as the Ray Dolby Centre in Cambridge. Throughout my career, I’ve taken opportunities to challenge myself and prove my capabilities, with the support of management to learn, develop and progress within the organisation.
How would you describe the culture to someone new joining?
I would describe the culture at Bouygues UK as collaborative and driven by a common purpose, Building for Life. There is a clear commitment to creating an inclusive environment while striving for the highest standards.
